Good fans for a noctua NH-U12S heatsink

Hey all,

I'm looking to get a good fan for the Noctua NH-U12S apart from the Noctua of course, I have narrowed it down to 2 different brands, Will this heatsink fit into the case that i'm getting a Parvum Systems S2.0 Micro ATX Case i think i should have no issues but i just want to make sure is all.

1. EK Furious Vardar 120mm Fan FF5-120 3000RPM A$24.00
2. EK Vardar 120mm Fan F1-120 1150RPM A$22.00
3. EK Vardar 120mm Fan F1-120 1450RPM A$22.00
4. EK Vardar 120mm Fan F1-120 1850RPM A$22.00
5. EK Vardar 120mm Fan F1-120 2000RPM A$22.00
6. Fractal Design Dynamic GP-12 120mm Black Fan A$19.00
7. Fractal Design Venturi HP-12 120mm PWM Fan A$29.00

I know that lower RPM is better, I was using a Corsair fan on it but i don't think it was doing the job cause the Corsair fan is a round frame.

1 last thing with the noctua NH-U12S heatsink how would you guys clean it so i can get it back to brand new looking if i can there is dust on it but it's like its caked on i have tried ISO but it didn't work. I can upload a photo of it if you guys want.

Well i email Noctua about the Heatsink looks like there is an issue with it, This is what they said.

"I'm afraid that there might be an issue with your cooler's plating and we would like to replace it."
