Good combination mobo with i7 4770k?

I have been looking closely at some mid budget boards which could be a decent match for an i7 4770k, such as the Asus Z87 PLUS and Z87 A. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the significant differences or if they could give me alternative suggestions for mobos. I can't spend more than £130 on a mobo. Just forgot to add, I would overclock but not dramatically...I'm looking at 4GHz-4.2GHz max overclock.

MSI seems to have really been stepping up their game lately and their motherboards are very solid. Their new G45 Gaming board looks to be a very good one I'm the mid priced range.

Same thing with LGA 1155, Grab the cheapest thing you can find that supports SLI and fits your color scheme. Your basically paying $200-300 more for Blu tooth(usb dongle $10) WiFi(usb dongle $10) and 200 mhz at best(unless you are using exotic cooling). They now have a new gimmick where they have a bit better sound on board. A bit better then your typical LGA 1155 on board sound but not quite as good as a dedicated sound card.

The more expensive boards tend to have more vrm's as well. Which means that your voltage delivery and stability is better at higher overclocks. Generally for overclocking the more vrm's the better. You should be able to obtain 4.4 on most mid range boards, but the more expensive boards with more vrm's generally go higher.

I'm rambling this morning...
