Good case for ASUS HERO

Hey guys I'm in the market for a new case that will keep everything nice and cool. I plan on having a 4770k OC'ed and a EVGA 780ti OC'd. It needs to be able to fit a Liquid CPU cooler, and have good cable management, but I want it to be primarily air cooled. I really like the looks of the Level 10 GT, but there are so many 2.0 USB's on that thing,, any suggestions? Also it has to be something that will look good with a high end custom paint job :}

Try the Corsair Carbide 540 Air 540. It has pretty much everything you want

The Air 540 Carbide is the case of choice for most of us, I blame TTL  since the 540 "borg" cube and the new Motherboard review case they are to die for! The do come with a full set of filters but the LEDs you'll have to buy separately.

Yup it is however, I am going to build my next rig in the NZXT H440. In Red/Black of course. I am going to finally dive into the full custom sleeve, and full custom water cool loop. That chassis is to die for - watch Tom's review: http://www.overclock3d.net/reviews/cases_cooling/nzxt_h440_case_review/1

Here is the NZXT Link

I'm not much help. I was going to suggest the Corsair 540. I love mine aside from the dust filter issues. My other suggestion would be the NZXT H440 if you don't need the optical bay.

Man O man.. Those cases sure are sexy custom.. can't wait to get mine done, just am having a really hard time biting the bullet on any of my parts.. ughhh

Depend how much you want to pay. Obsidian 750D for me is one of best choice for any purpose. It's not too big and can't look empty as 900D, but inside can fit almost everything with full custom water cooling. Even Dual CPU motherboards. Enough place for any combination of radiators and it's not empty if you install H100 only.
Only flaw is no lock as 650D... but 99% of case no that option too.
750D is modern case for very long time and few builds.

If people suggest a case - LINK THE REVIEW!

Right, I agree!

Honestly, for all of the features I am looking for, the Level 10 GT is probably the only case I can find that fits the bill.

ATX that fits a ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO
Handle on top
RED LED's
Great cooling/airflow
Great cable management
Dust filters
Has to look bad-ass, especially after it gets this hieroglyphics custom paint job
Has to have somewhere I can install an SD multi-card reader
Optical drive slot
HDD security
And a swinging hinged door preferably w/ lock. http://thermaltakeusa.com/store/Product.aspx?C=1014&SC=1017&ID=1513

I personally think it's the coolest looking case out there, + the most features. The only thing I don't like is the 2.0 USB's on top.. Anyone got experience with it?

Other than that, I love the Air 540 cube size and looks, but it's lacking in features..

I think you can buy handles, if you were willing to fix them to the case the world would be your oyster! ;) The r4 has a swinging door, not 100% sure on everything you want, but a lovely case nonetheless.

Thanks for posting, I think I've decided I want something unique (not just rectangular full/mid tower,) either something like the Level 10, or a Cube PC. Just can't seem to pull the trigger..

No worries! Yeah, picking a case can be tough with certain features on some of them and/or looks aswell :p I always look more for the plain-ish looking cases these days as so many are crazy looking now :p Window is essential too :p

You'll be laughed off the forum if you get a level 10GT. Its a Thermaltake product. Thermaltake is not liked at all in these parts.

IF you want something interesting and different, Silverstone, especially their Raven series are really neat. Oh and inverted atx.

Level 10? GTFO

Haha. Tell me whats wrong with it?

I watched the NZXT Switch review, and as I like it, it's way too big for anything I'll be using it for.

Something that was small, that is also a fantastic air cooler, with dustfilters everywhere would be my preference, as I've come to the realization that the perfect case for me isn't in production yet..
