Girlfriend Issues

Well, it has come to thing, moaning on an internet forum about girls, it was only a matter of time eh?

Heres the story:

Been seeing this girl for about 5 months but recently things are getting out of hand. I see her as much as I can, 5 days a week? Wednesday is about the only day I don't see her due to college. Things are getting interesting...

She still can't seem to trust me at all. I was at my flat last night, with my flatmate and his girlfriend who is always there. I didn't specify that she was there and she basically gest jelous thinking I am doing something with her. This girl is my best mate and has been for about 10 years, and is a brother as far as I am concerned. Now I can partly see if say it was a single girl that was over, who isn't one of my longest running friends, but this just seems childish and it is the same with ANY girl. Another female friend who is dating my best mates the same story. Known her since first year in high school and is an "asexual" friend, as in I don't see her as a girl, just a friend.

She has taken a real disliking to my flatmate and makes things like having her over a pain. I can understand he is a messy little boy, but recently he has been saying she is cutting him darts and to be honest he is a really close friend and it is like I am having to chose.

I am currently getting it in the ear because I didn't go over last night. I have college til 4 and my graded unit stage 1 is due today (already had my deadline extended a week) so going through 40 miles and driving back 40miles first thing in the morning is NOT an option.

She seems to be keeping track of what I do. I never specified last night that my flatmates girlfriend was over, but its like she texts everyone to see exactly where I am. She checks my phone (sometimes playing, but you can see her dart right into SMSs)

What should I do? I love her, but things are getting heavy, she seems to be trying to breka me apart from my friends, I am constantly with her and any distances sets her right off in a foul mood.

Just received a text, she seems adament I am cheating on her with my flatmates girlfriend/my best mate.

What do I do guys?
 
My honest and brutal reply would be sack her off, it will be like running the wrong way up an escalator otherwise. It will never change dude, will always be there in the back ground for an argument.

Save yourself the hassle and sack her off.

Well apparently its over, via text... classy!

Pub sounds like a plan but to be honest the single life seems to be best at this stage, got a hell of alot going on in work and at college, no free time as it stands. Red October Mk2 has been finished and used for the total of 1 hours gaming since I completed it...

p.s. Tom, do you do custom metal plates for say, the grill part of a TJ07 at the bottom, that might just say "Red October" in Russian?
 
I 'can do' ys mate, although time is very tight atm. OC3D is eating ALL of my time atm.

Pub + Single = 1 night relationships. ROCK ON :D
 
Women do break you from your friends. That's life.

Yeah she is clingy and stuff, but keep her sweet and she's yours for as long as you want her. After all, if you really are serious then just explain to her that as soon as she wants you can move in together. And give some romantic stuff about how since you met her you could never look at another girl, much less desire one.

But then I like the needy types.
 
Well just had a lengthy phonecall, no idea whats going to happen but she needs to learn to trust me. I know in her last relationship things went BAD, but its getting insulting the lack of trust.
 
Aye Ive been there, thats why I said bin it and move on, youll waste so much time otherwise before she walks off anyways.

Needy is one thing, yours seems very much another.
 
When u spend almost 20 years under the spell of 1 woman that u have, in time, rationalized u can not 'have' for the long haul, u look at subsequent relationships pretty cheaply.

This leads to even the nicest of women/girls that u happen upon not meaning a whole deal to u. Even tho u can care for them to an extent, it isn't the same. If u like, if 1 of them decided she didn't want to see u, u would be "meh.." about it and move on without a thought. Often leaving them thinking why the hell u didn't put up a fight to keep em.

Uniquely, this leaves u very capable of not putting up with certain things. Texting all the time - get rid of em. Phoning all the time - get rid of em. Banging on about doing things ur not really interested in - get rid of em. And getting rid of a chick doesn't necessarily mean physically telling them to eff it, u can work it in most cases where u can get them to ditch u - which can have advantages.

Can also make u do pretty unkind things too, that u wouldn't ever do to the woman u can't have. Playing subsequent women, especially crazy ones, can be an art form. U could be surprized at what they would be willing to do just to be with u. Not like I'd condone any of that, of course.

Crazy chick accusing me of all kinds of shizzle that I know myself I haven't done ? Sorry but I simply haven't the inclination to entertain it. Last possible resort would be to have a long, serious, no-alcholic, chat with her, in a safe place (for both of u), about how these things just can-not continue if she wants any hope of even knowing u - lay down the consequences. She can't agree to that, or it only lasts days or weeks, then she'll have to go. In fairness, ur being honest with her without being a bastrad.
 
i agree with tom i have been in a situation with an ex having a problem with my partner in crme of 8 year being a chick and i told her all the time she's gonna be about long after your gone and we are just mates simple as and she got the boot soon after it for going on at me about it

so mate enjoy the single life u will soon realise what a relief it is as u can do what and who u please :D
