Gimmicky H67/H61 mobos?

I've been looking around sites of asus, msi, etc. and I noticed that they have "overclocking features" on their entry level and mainstream m-atx mobos. Mobos with the H- chipsets to be precise. Now am I wrong in my understanding that the H chipsets weren't meant for overclocking or is there some logic to adding support for overclocking in these mobos?

Anything can be overclocked, it just has to be able to handle the extra power going through it, whether it be better cooling, better/more VRMs, etc.

You can overclock the Integrated Graphics Card (IGP) on H series motherboards but not the CPU.
