Let's all save up some money and get that man a 4960x + GTX 780 SLI build!
 
Its funny: before finding the correct page, I was anxious about ever being able to find it. After finding it, I'm eager for the contest to end and the winner to be announced. The wait is killing me! lol
 
Can't really give you a clue.. You just have to be patient.
If you hit the right page, it's right there in your face. It's hard to miss by accident.

This is just to give them a general idea of where you live, so just your country will do. If you want to be more specific, add your home town e.g:

[City], [Country]

so, does it include address?
I assume this comp is worldwide or I just wasted 5 hours of my life
 
Well, it's not necessary but you can add it if it makes you feel more comfortable :)

If you win, you'll be notified anyway and they can still ask you for your precise adress then.

And yes, it's world wide ;)
