Gigabyte gtx660ti noise

Hello, my video card is making this strange noise when the fan is running arround 50%. It is just like this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdLZBvIikyc . Is there any way to fix this?

Are you certain it's the video card? The RPM seems a bit slow for a Gpu fan at 50%, judging by the sound.
