The EVGA is a hybrid though. This one is a full cover block which I like to see. Shame about the butt ugly shroud they have decided to use though.

They could of made it all white and then fake chromed half of it with some weird PCB color that doesn't match anything in the world. But that would of probably still bagged it a gold, rather than an all black card with a tiny tasteful bit of yellow which apparently IS an undesirable colour combination.

Again, why would you launch this on a third tier card. I have not seen the price, but compared to what they did with the triple setup, I doubt its cheap.

When I found this today I did a lot of checking to make sure that their PR wasn't wrong. After all it is a GTX 980, a card that was releases over a year ago and a model which was available in that monster bundle thing.

Well, if we take the waterforce, burn it, let its ashes scatter in the wind and settle in the ground we have all of them in one! but dont tell Gigabyte, they might raise the cost of it.
