How many liquid cooled 5090s exist? Change out the fans on your card of choice for Noctuas. Job jobbed. You could go further and 3D print, or otherwise create, your own shroud. We have the tools now at a reasonable price point and size to do this in metal I believe too. This isn't exactly difficult and you would have your own handcraft unique exclusive.
