In the process of uninstalling this piece of software something must have happened and traces of it remain although not that I can physically see just an option in the removing programs section in Windows.
The point is I would like to reinstall the software to control my fan noise but when I try the install wizard starts and I get a list of options - Modify, Remove, or Repair. None of them work because I assume there is nothing on the system to perform any of these tasks.
How do I delete or erase the file/files within Windows so the installation program will actually think no previous installation took place?
