Getting no signal

Hey guys,

I'm in trouble again. The last pieces for my new HTPC build just arrived. I put it all together and tried booting. No signal.
I've tried reseating the RAM. tried plugging it into a HDMI and a DVI display and clearing CMOS (if I did it correctly). No luck.
The power LED lights up and the fans spin up, but I'm not getting a signal.

Specs are:

ASRock AM1B-ITX
AMD Athlon 5370
1x4GB Crucial Ballistix
Corsair CX450M

Have you tried powering it on outside of the case? there might be a short-circuit with the case or something

Turns out I'm an idiot I was about to take out the motherboard when I noticed one of the clamps for the RAM wasn't locked in. It's booting to the BIOS now. Thanks for making me notice my mistake (that I made thrice on the same build apparently )

Sometimes you need to be brutal when installing ram sticks on a "virgin" board
