Getting GPU fan speed under the "low" limit?

It"s a fantastic card, very powerfull. Cooler on it is very good but the lowest limit i can put it at is 30%. It"s very quiet but not noiseless as i"d like it to be.
Card runs at 25C idle witch is very cold.

I know it"s possible to mod the bios and allow it to go under but how exactly can i do that?

You don't change the BIOS on GPUs unless you seriously have a problem with it.

If you mess it up, the card is completely bricked.

Can you not just put up with 30%?

Well i"d like it to run nosieless. 30% is to fast, it"s 1400 rpm. I don"t think bios reflashing is that dangerous if done properly. I allready did it with my 470.

Does MSI Afterburner allow you to go any lower?

If it did i would"t say that i have a 30% limit. 30% is the lowest i can go in the msi afterburner.
