lol. Im sure that its not your psu thats causing the windtunnel problem

but if you went with one of the corsiar psu there fans stop spinning when the psu isnt under load

you need to understand something here first off the dont go out and get things Vendors send them the items for reviews. As Tom has a reputation of telling it like it is He gets alot of things to review. so instead of saying get this and review it why not google it and see if there are other reviews out there

Also there ain't much to say about it, it's a PSU but without a fan. It's made by Silverstone so it's well built, it's 80+ bronze so it's efficient, apart from that there isn't much more to say about it apart from the fact it's fan less so it's silent.
