generic power supply?

i have "ABPower" power supply, this is generic or not?
my system:
I3 2100
1X4GB RAM
GT430.

recommended me to purchase "Seasonic" S12II 430W power supply?
my system Can be burned because the current power supply? it's dangerous?

I've never heard of abpower.

The best person to ask about psu's is probably jim but I've not seen him here for ages
He did have a thread ages ago on different power supply manufacturers etc.

Likewise I have never heard of abpower and a quick google search didn't throw up much which is concerning so yeah I would advise switching to something seasonic/corsair about 500W if possible. Had one PSU go up in smoke in my brother's computer and the tense wait to check that nothing had been fried was not worth the money saved.

The seasonic psu you mentioned is a decent one,but so is the corsair cx430m too.
