Ram - OCZ Reaper 4gb 1066mhz

Vista 32bit
PSU - 650W Thermaltake Toughpower (Is this too many Watts?)
What do you guys think?
Opinions please ordering on Tuesday and putting the thing together myself so would anticipate it being up and running end of the week...
Anyone reccommend a CPU cooler thinking of the coolermaster hyper 212
