CAD doesn't even take that much HDD space my drawing directory of the previouse uni project was about 5mb, and it included about 20 smaller and larger drawings.

Yeah, it gets to a point when there is no point. For the average user 100GB can be hard to fill up.

Also, GE are late since Blu-Ray has done this already.

I'm always removing and reinstalling games as my current HDD is too small. Non copyright movies get downloaded, seeded for a bit and burnt to DVD or deleted. I would love to have a 10TB HDD, but I think 1TB is probably enough.
