Thanks, i found the tool EVGA Precision which people at evga forums report you need with 560 non-ti card if you want to mess with voltage.

MSI Afterburner would work just fine and I think it gets updated quite a bit more than EVGA precision.. My personal preference would be MSI Afterburner.. from here - http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm
