Gaming mouse & keyboard

I'm using a Razer Goliathus (Extended), which is more of a keyboard + mouse mat as it is freaking huge. There are 2 different versions as far as I know - Speed and Control. I have the "Speed" edition. I don't really know what the differences are between the two.

Can't go wrong with a Steelseries QcK. They're cheap, last ages and perform as well as any other high end cloth mouse mat I've ever tried.

Anything from Puretrak is a guaranteed win, TTL uses one too, also the Coolermaster mats are very good, I'm using the Speed RX and it's great.

Edit: I remember Tom saying you can chuck the PureTrak mat's in the washing machine after even a few years and they come out like new :)

Just looked at both, can't decide which. I'll see if there are any reviews.

I just watched TTL's review of the Puretrak one. It looks like a good size for my desk too.

I have a PureTrak, it's amazing and HUUUUGE for my use anyway. And its freaking hard to find atm in the UK, unless im doing something wrong and unless you get PureTrak US to ship one to you.

How big is your desk? I saw my mates desk the other day, and his mouse mat is also huge.......the mouse mat is 1200mm x 600mm.

I say my Puretrak is huge cause i barely use all of it or even half. + my desk is small so its not really proportionate but i cant sell this mousepad as its so awesome haha

But those XXL pads from OCUK is extremely hu^30ge

Corsair m65 is a great mouse if you like to use claw grip. I'm almost 18 and yet my hand is a to big for it. My pinkie finger usually gets dragged around and its quite annoying, forces me to go claw grip.

I have ordered my M65 mouse and will arrive on Saturday. The keyboard will have to wait until my birthday which is in Feb.

wrenaudrey, I will be getting a PureTrak pad shortly as it seems to be the best choice.

NeverBackDown, I'm used to claw grip as I do it with my current Logitech mouse :)

I've been using Razer hardware for a number of months now. Had the Razer Naga Hex in red and the razer lycosa.

Hex was very good, the 6 buttons in a circular fashion would be useful in shooters for swapping weapons.

The Lycosa was alright but the rubber keys and plastic finish did not do it justice.

Currently using the Razer Anansi (mechanical Keyboard) and the Razer Naga 2012.

Anansi is responsive and well built. Comfortable to use.

Razer Naga 2012 has the number pad 1 - 12 on the side and additional buttons below the mouse wheel. I find this very handy and comfortable to use If you are an MMO gamer. Comes with an interchangeable rest to adjust your palm grip.

Just so you know, the Anansi isn't actually mechanical dude.
