jeez my monthly broaband allowance is 10GB!!! - also, we always go over at least 5GB - due to the family having 4 laptops and my desktop (i probably use at least 7GB of that :0)

I'm afraid your one is untraceable mate as it was sent via standard delivery with no insurance (as a gift) to avoid any potential taxes. All I have is the proof of sending so I can show you when and where it was sent from if you want to try and contact your post office. :(
 
Well with no insurance on it can't really prove what it was worth or anything is as far as what they said. They can't seem to find anything on the package for me.

They said the original place it was sent from would have better luck tracking it down to see if it even made it out of the first couple hubs.

Hopefully you have better luck with yours then I did with mine. Maybe yours come straight from the company that made it as I think a couple were like that.
 
Well the ram came today,looks like customs had their fun with it since the package was pretty beat up.

Will find out later if it actually still works or not lol. Thanks for the prize guys.

Glad it finally arrived - bloody hell it took a long time!

Fingers crossed it works.
 
Works great so far,guess I was wrong on the speeds of the ram at least "officially" :)

I thought they were 1066 ram but they are 800mhz but no matter,booted up at 1066@ stock 2.0 volts and all set so far at 3.6ghz like I was before.

After I push it with orthos at these speeds for a couple hours then the overclocking will start to see if i can hit 4.0ghz.

My 2 gigs of PC1000 ram wouldn't even boot at 1066 but these 800mhz ram can lmao.
 
I don't mean to bring up this old thread again, but I'm just wondering if there's any news on my prize. The last I've heard from Jim was over one month ago. I'm starting to wonder if I'll get a prize as it's been over 5 months since I won it. Does anyone know anything about my prize? :)
