G1 Sniper 5 failing to post

Hello,

Having trouble with trying to get my computer to POST, had been working flawlessly for a few years now, turned it off one day and now it won't POST, stuck at Code 15 / db.

Specifications:
i5 4690
G1 Sniper 5 @ BIOS Version F9
16GB GSkill 1333 DDR3
GTX 960 ME
800w PSU
Windows 7 x64 Home

Have reseated RAM, CPU, tried another PSU, breadboarded, cleared CMOS.

Any help anyone can provide, I'd be greatful.

Regards, Jack

PC was working fine but getting a little dusty, So i pulled it apart, Cleaned it and reassembled.
On Powering back up i was getting error 15 for about 3 seconds and PC would power cycle.
Now i have 4 sticks of ram, all corsair, 2 new, 2 old. Thinking this issue was ram related i removed the new sticks and PC worked fine. Put the new sticks back in and error 15.

I was convinced the RAM had died after removing and re inserting.

Turns out that through the process of cleaning i must have bumped switch 2. Set as per your recommendation and Boom, everything working again. You just saved me $200 for some more RAM

Now i should really go read what those switches do.

Have tried the switches, no avail, as well as reseating ram

Dos not let me get into BIOS either

This post confuses me? It sounds like a reply from him but you posted it?

I was very busy when OP posted the thread as my desk was covered in wire, shrink, braid, solder iron etc. I copied and pasted his issue into Google and found that "solution". Something for him to try at least. So I pasted it in italics so it did not look like I had typed it (which was successful it seems).

Ah all makes sense now:)
