Hi, I was just messing around with OCing my memory and i wanted to asked if it's worth it (will i see any different from decreasing the timings?)
at stock they are each 4Gb sticks running 1866MHz 9-10-9-28-2
i've decreased them to 9-10-9-24-1 and running stable
but if i try to change any of the first 3 timings, i get BSOD when windows tries to load... and i've tried increasing the colts from the stock 1.5v to 1.55v but not sure how much higher i should go.
but if there is no difference from doing this in the real world applications let me know, i'll just put it back to stock (feels safer if there isn't any benefit i'll notice)
thanks everyone
