I think I'm getting a bulk order of computer components from the US fairly soon. If this happens then it will cost you about £480, delivery would be 1-2 weeks.

The 55's are still 130nm but it is new strained silicone the 3500's are 90nm and overclock like hellfire ok the multi is locked at 11 and they have 512cache as apposed to 1meg on the 55 but for £400 less and when you hump it up to 3gig I dont realy think you will complain as for mobo not sure yet my msi I have seen other peeps get their 3200's up to 2.6-2.8 on air so??? BUT mine didnt like the prom my 3200 that is so??

I still can't decide whether I go fx-55 or 3500+, I want around 3Ghz under the vapo but am not sure if my ram is up to that with 11 multiplier.

Impressive results indeed, dont forget though the fx55 is still 130nm and that result was achieved on Liquid Nitrogen, not phase. You will likely get 3.2ghz with either the Vapo LS or the GT maxed. I'd personally grab the 3500+, save £400 and wait for the 90nm FX57.

Well I have the msi k8n neo2 plat and it works ok for me however when I got a 3200 90nm it wouldnt run under my prom ??? I think its just a bios upgrade away or someat they guy in the other forums was running his 3200 in an msi on air so??

I haven't real overclocked my 3500 newcastle yet cos my prom went poo poo but now I have a nice new mach 2 GT thanks to Phil so I will try some o/cing later tonight I did have my 3500 up to 2860 same as my fx

Think I am going to go with the Abit one as I like the 3rd eye. If its crap then I will sell.. But will have to see.

Also ordered a Antec TruePower 480W PSU to replace my Q-Tec 550w
