Futuremark has announced their new VRMARK virtual reality benchmark, allowing PC gamers to accurately test whether or not their system is VR ready.

My vote is that it is a joke for the price of VR, as Futuremark stuff is super cheap on sale.

I suppose that was me being slow then.

Personally I still find VR gaming a passing phase like 3Dtv or Nvidia 3D vision. Games will always be made, but I dont feel that AAA title will ever shine.

VR = £1k PC and then £700 on headset.

I spent quite a bit making my PC VR ready, then LOLed at the prices of the headsets.

Still waiting for the Microsoft one for £250. I can wait, I know how to wait.....
