Full Screen issue on dual monitor setup

I'm having this issue on Chrome solely, where if I open up a video in full screen, it pulls up in full screen but goes back to the smaller size once i click back on my primary monitor. This issue has never happened to me before, so i'm unsure of what happened. Although, I was trying to wipe my chrome before and had checked the boxes "Clear data from hosted apps" and "Deauthorize content licenses". I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

I've had this issue recently as well. I've tried re-installing, which has made no difference whatsoever, and there is nothing in the settings I can see that could be causing this :/

After doing a quick bit of research I have fixed the issue (well it has worked for me).

This is what I did:

1. Type about:Plugins in the address bar.
2. Click on details on the top right.
3. Search for pepflashplayer.dll and disable that flash option.
4. All should be fine and dandy after that :)

Well, I think the pepflash thing works, however, I actually didn't know that before I installed this thing from Clagen or whatever that keeps a flash app fullscreen. which is quite useful and quite annoying at the same time. like, if i pause a full screen video and click off of it, it should make the flash screen go away, but it just stays there and i have to manually exit the flash video. other than that, it works fine. though it looks sketchy since it isn't in english.. haha.

disabling this did it for me
