Frustrating 4770k overclock PLZ HELP

I have been at it for weeks on and off all i want is 4.4ghz but it just wont do it

i have got 4.2ghz @ 1.200 volts but trying to get 4.4 has so far proved fruitless

my specs are


Gigabyte g1 sniper z87

4770k

8gb 2400 corsair vengence pro

H105 cooling

128gb boot ssd
