Fractal Arc Mini [Need Help]

I have a fractal arc mini with a Gigabyte G1 sniper m3, 3770k 4.8ghz, gtx 660ti and a H100 and the temperatures aren't terrible. but they just aren't good with this h100. Right now all the fans in my system, dual af120 single af140 and dual sp120's, run on 70% speed and im going to be replacing all of them with noctua fans because these corsair fans are terribly loud.

So to the point of this message, what I am thinking about doing is going to a custom water cooling loop. The main thing i'm fretting about is if I will have enough space in my case for a radiator capable of cooling a 3770k and a 660ti.

I know the h100 will fit with push pull with normal 25mm fans with the ram I have, corsair dominator. But I'm not sure on the size of radiator i will have to buy to cool the 3770k @ 4.8 and a 660ti. The 660ti shouldn't make that big of a difference but i'm not sure.

The other two things i have to keep in mind about this is that i need to keep the price around 400$ and i want it to be as quite as possible.

*If there is anything else you would need to know about my computer or setup in regards to helping me on this i will add it in.

Could always do a CPU only loop? As long as your GPU temps are fine and you're not going to overclock it...

Well tell us about the voltage on the CPU, the max temps you're getting in real world apps ( gaming etc. ) and in a stress test.

The cpu's voltage is 1.375.
Idle with h100, ambient 22c, is 32-37 per core. Stress test 75-82 per core. Typical gaming 68-75 per core. [Really depends on the game].

Gpu is pure stock. However it is a 3gb edition from EVGA.

I really don't think it's your H100 that's the problem. What I think is the problem is your volts on that CPU. I'm under the impression that any 3770K will become hot with those voltages and no matter how beastly of a cooler you've got you'l still get pretty high temps.

My suggestion would be that you knock your overclock down a couple of notches and just stick to your H100, mabye switch out the fans on that thing too.

I think the voltage is quite high, and frankly the temps are not that high for the volts. If you belive that building a custom water cooling loop will improve the temps, do it. Rads will be longer and thicker, hold more fans and therefore cool better, but you might just be on that edge where the Ivy's can't transfer heat anymore. I did hear of people going on 1.4 volts for 4.8ghz and working just fine, but I'm not sure how true that is. Your temps are not bad at all with the H100.
