Youtube only goes up to 60FPS so yeah....... ^_^
Try this http://www.testufo.com/#test=framerates&count=3&background=none&pps=480 or https://frames-per-second.appspot.com/ if your monitor can display 120fps and you should see the difference

I believe you would still see the difference. Remember, those were filmed in real time so no matter what speed you play it at they should still be different. Lowering the FPS you run it at would lower the FPS of all three as they're set and not active.

If you slow it down to the lowest allowed on YouTube you can see a very very slight difference between 60 and 120 but as the video is limited to 60FPS it's not as apparent as actually seeing a video in 120FPS which I hope YouTube eventually allow
