OK so I have only just noticed the classified is gone

About two months ago I decided to use my Mojo has a Hi Fi DAC for my main system at home. As such I dug out my old headphone amp. Thing is I forgot why I had stopped using it. It has a oxidised volume pot. As such I took it all apart and sprayed in some WD40 contact cleaner. It was all good for those two months, then last night it started doing it again. As such it will need a good deox not a cheap large volume one (so Deoxit). I cba. As such I PMed Robbie to see if he wanted it, free for postage. Figured there was no point posting a thread if he did not.

He does. Hence why I am posting this, so that we are all on the same page and it is transparent (just as it needed to be when the classified page was here).

That is it there. Robbie, I will pm you this link. I will pack it up tomorrow (tired, been out in the hot sun working most of the day) and we can sort it from there.

I think the board is A1 mate tbh. Its either the volume pot or the socket for the headphones.

I've dug out a box so I'll ping again tomorrow.

Hi all. The parcel got grabbed by customs so the ransom fee was paid. By now they should be delivered but I've had major health problems so I've not looked.

Any way just a note for Robbie. Mate I think there is nothing wrong with it at all. The day before I left the headphones started doing it again and now over both ears so I think they are just done. I wear them all day every day and thus they just seem to die after a few years.

I've bought some new ones now.
