First time overclocking, what CPU should I try with?

Well I'm gonna start overclocking and I have a system with an 930 on an gigabyte x58-ud3r and an 1090T on an formula IV

wich one is easiest to overclock I'm thinking the 1090T? cause of the unlocked multi, what do you guys think? thanks in advance.

got an H50 that I'll put on the one I'm gonna oc

IMHO the amd is easiest to OC

go with the amd mate as that cooler really cant handle intel oc's
