First time overclocker.

Hey guys. I've recently put together a computer that I had a vision to overclock in the near future. I'm interested to see how it is but I have no experience what so ever in this and would like a few tips or ways I should go about this.

My computer -

- Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD5-B3 Motherboard

- Intel Core i7 2600K

- Seasonic XP-1000 Platinum 1000W Power Supply

- Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler

(If any other spec's are needed please let me know)

Advice would be appreciated.

Cheers.

I would first suggest reading some tutorials and then if you have questions shoot away. SandyBridge OC'ing is very simple and after reading one or two guides you should be good to go.

clunks forum has 1 of, if the, best guides for clocking 1155 imo mate.

it really will walk you thru it step by step and teach you a little along he way, google is your friend
