Hi, OC3D! Bare with me since this is my first time upgrading my old rig and I'm still learning about computers and stuffs. Just so you guys know, this is the specs that I would like to run in my rig.

AIM: Gaming rig
Monitor: I'm only running 1 monitor at 1366x768 resolution

Mobo: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
Processor: Inter core i5 4690k
Gpu: Nvidia gtx 660 ti SC or Nvidia gtx 760 - this cards can run at ultra settings with 1366x768 resolution right?
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro 8gb
PSU: (I'm still not so sure what PSU should I get though)
Seasonic G-Series 550W Gold
Antec Hight Current Gamer Modular 620W Bronze
Cooler Master Vanguard Series Modular 650W Gold
Seasonic X-Series Modular 650W Gold
Monitor: Acer 18.5 in / 47 cm 1366x768 resolution though I can upgrade this into 1080p monitor as soon as I'm done with my cpu.

*I still got 2 Hdds running good from my old rig though.
there you go guys, I still want more suggestions/feedbacks/advice from you guys since this is my first time building my own rig. Thank you so mucho!

Any idea on Budget? ($,£,Euro,Yen,Baht), What type of games are you looking to play?, We'll get to "Ultra settings" and resolutions later. For now we can help you with your hardware. ;)

You could also consider delaying your purchase of your GPU just a little longer. With the launch of the new card from Nvidia around the corner, the market prices on 760/780 will most likely drop.

If possible try to aim for a GTX780, if budget is tight that is. It should handle everything you throw at it at 1080p. Ultra settings should be fine with a small sacrifice to AA quality.

Well, sad to say that computer stuffs here in the Philippines are quite pricey, so roughly about 600 dollars. I'm currently playing mmo games as well as World of tanks, Smite, League of Legends, Dota2 and would also want to play Watchdogs, Crisis 3, BF4 and some modern games.

Well, GTX 770 alone is seriously expensive here in the Philippines. Its about 400-500$ USD. GTX 780 is about 570$ to 750$.

The GTX 770 is about to receive a price cut, to fall in line with AMDs current R9 285, nVidia have quoted it will be from $325 to $275 (US). Might be worth a small wait to see what happens here, maybe grab yourself a bargain.

Well, thats quite a good news for me. I'll wait til the price get down then. Thank you so much for your insight mate!

I wouldn't go for any of the PSUs you listed but rather the 650w Corsair RM Modular PSU.

It's also gold rated and cheaper than the Seasonic X-Series PSU you listed.

Even the 750w RM from Corsair is cheaper than that. Good solid PSU in my opinion and will give you loads of headroom for any future upgrades.

And finally, I don't see any SSD on your spec, just the 2 HDDs you mention. Definately add an SSD if you haven't already.

Check out any of the reviews on OC3D of Corsair PSUs, particularly the graphs etc...

I personally would take a Corsair PSU over any other brand to be honest especially the gold and above rated ones.

The first batch iirc of the RM series had an issue where they overheated. Its been solved though.

Corsair psu's are good but certainly not the best or the shiznit, for the shiznit crown I'd give that to SuperFlower, or seasonic.

And I had one of the first RM units, and the noise it made when the fan started to spin was unreal, it was like having a blackhawk landing in my living room. The unit that it was replaced with was fine though, and like Tom pointed out in his review, it was silent, and it took a lot to get the fan to spin, and when it did, my pump was louder.

This.
Not everything Corsair touches is gold. I quite like the RM series but they are not superior to the ones OP listed (except maybe the Antec one).
