First Serious Build

I built a bunch of franken-computers in the past to run stuff like minecraft or G-mod which was great since I got the parts for free, but I felt it was time to get a real computer.

I've had this exact setup for about three months now.
Core i5-3570K @4.3Ghz
ASRock Extreme4 Z77
Cooler Master V8 Air Cooler
24GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 (@1866)
Dual XFX Radeon HD 7950's
Samsung 840 Pro 128GB w/ Windows 8
1TB Hiatachi
250GB Seagate (New 500GB Seagate going in soon)
OCZ ZT Series 750 Watt, single rail, fully modular Power Supply

I bought a laptop for school and some gaming on the go as well.
Core i7-3630QM 2.4Ghz with a 3.4GHz boost speed
8GB DDR3 1600
Nvidia GT 650m (Getting a second soon for SLI through Ultrabay)
1TB HDD w/ 16GB Caching SSD
1920x1080 15.6" screen

My station consists of 2 AOC e2351F 23" LED backlit monitors and one Packard Bell 23" LCD monitor.
There is an acer aspire that is rarely used with a core i5 430m @2.26GHz and 8GB RAM.
Lastly, there is a test station with a 15" something-something monitor that I use to test machines I'm piecing together

I took the post seriously until i saw 24gb of ram... Unless you're running multiple windows of photo/video/audio/programming software it is waste of money.

Other than that though nice setup! Been wanting a Y500 myself for when i start college in Game Development:p

Looks great :) But shouldn't this be in the desk area forum? The rig gallery is more for inside pics of your rig right?

How do you get 24 GB of RAM with a Z77 system? The Extreme4 Z77 has four RAM slots, and
afaik there are no 6 GB RAM modules for a 4 x 6 GB configuration. Only thing I can think of is
3 x 8 GB sticks, but that doesn't really make sense on a Z77 platform (which is dual channel).
Just curious. ;)

Anyway, the specs look nice, as does your desk, but since this is a rig gallery, some inside
shots maybe?

oh god those stickers, peel them off if you can.
also your laptop is able to have a second gpu? i highly doubt they would put a mobo with two pci-e slots in it if they don't put two GPUs in.

First serious build, so your previous pc was a clown computer?
Just kidding mate, I really, really like your setup! Nice triple screen :D
