As an update, I just received word this morning from both XSPC and Performance PCs that a new D5 pump has been shipped to me. To give credit where credit is due, that's extremely good service from the people at both XSPC and Performance PCs, and i'm very happy the issue was so easily resolved..

Now to get this rig up and running in the next few days!

Addendum...

The new D5 pump arrived this morning. It's installed and running perfectly. That's great service from the vendor and XSPC. Less than a week's time for replacement.

I don't think anyone could ask for better than that!
