Fireworks night last night

Went to a local one in our City. Was real good actually.

The bonfire was HUGE and the fireworks were pretty impressive

i havent been to a firework display for hmm at least 3-4 years,maybe more

just grew out of it i guess,same old same old

Theres one going on at the pub up the road from me right now. Its doing my head in and ive lost one of the cats...

Any1 live near a council estate? I do, they are supposed to be poor etc. but what annoys me is the fact they have 5 days around the 5th where basically every house spends like £2000 in fireworks and they start as soon as it beginning to go dark and end at like 10pm. The fact that the cat went missing annoys me and that it just doesn't stop for agggges and aggggges...I'm sat here with a headache now! It takes a lot to do that (i'm a hardcore music fan) and I think they just chose the loudest possible. Rant over

Walked through a rough area at about 19:15 and almost got hit to times it's all quiet now round mine though

They started at around 5 at mine and went on until around 10 but its all quiet now.

My dog went a bit mad though, came upstairs for the first time

My neighbours round here can't put on a decent show. They just send 1 firework off every 10 minutes, which makes the dog bark for ages each time! :cussing:

I took my daughter to one of the organised displays. She loved the bonfire but fell asleep 5 minutes into the actual display!
