Damn, no luck at all, after trying every config I could in the router settings...

I'd say that its your ISP mate. I know a lot of them prevent people using anythign other than their own mail servers as they don't want their networks to be used for sending spam. There may be a way we can get around it tho

Well Jim, I fear the spam emails have begun to appear in my new inbox. It's my own fault for not using 'at' earlier in thread. Anyone else had any yet?

Also, the mail system does have a good SPAM filter so just mark them as SPAM

I am now forwarding all my mail through this address to see if your spam filter can catch some of the junk I get everyday.

I have just checked and it has caught one already which is great meaning my Outlook inbox is left junk free.

Great to hear mate. Its not a perfect SPAM filter, but it does work better than most and I've never had a legitimate email get marked as spam.
