Fans rpm/db on your rads

I was wondering what speed you guys are running your fans on your rads?

I have 2 fans (abee 120mm) running at 1500rpm/16db that push air on my front and rear rads and 1 fan (papst 120mm) running at 1200rpm/14db that pull air from my rear rad. With this setting I keep my E6700 oced @ 3.0GHZ at 35/37C idle and 53/55C full load with a room temp around 26C now.

But although the db getting out of my system are theoritically below 20db I still feel it is pretty noisy, so what are your settings? And do you think I am crazy?

you can get a fan controller to bring it the sound down, just don't go below 900rpms. right now i have alll yates some 1400-1000rpms. 25db average, i can hear my pump over them thou. is your case closed or have a noisy chipset fan?

yep indeed my case is right next to me, around 50cm from my head on the side of my screen! That probably why I care that much No chipset fan either... the 2 others case fans are on 5v running pretty much quietly.

it is not bad really but well i always wish it could be almost silent hehehe

2x 72cfm Thermaltake LED fans on one side

2x ~190cfm Delta fans on the other side

Normally run them at about 7v for everyday use, but sometimes slow them down to 5v when watching movies (all via fan controller)
