Im wondering if anyone knows the Wattage ratings of the Noctua NF F12 & Bitfenix Spectre Pro fans.

The Noctua fan says its less than a 2W standard fan or something??

Reason i ask is im after a Fan Controller but want to know how much watt i need per channel.

Ah thanks, so 12w Per channel will do me fine then

Yep, should have no probs, those Nocua's are a surprisingly low wattage for how good they are.

I'm going to sound pretty stupid but, if you were to buy some fans, eg BitFenix Spectre Pros and put them on a fan controller, let's say It's 30w a channel. If cranked to max would they have the same performance as those exact same fans plugged into the psu directly?

The fan controller even when set to max has some inherent resistance that will slow them, although its not going to be enough to be noticeable.

yes they will run a tad slower but not enough to worry about. But I can tell the difference between controller at full and direct to psu.
