Hey guys I'm currently in the process of my first build (I'v got almost everything installed bar a few extra fans and some new RAM, so proud of it*wells up*). I'm using coolermaster 690 ii advanced case(Cause I have a love affair with coolermaster products lol) and looking to use 8 fans that I can vary the speed on as I'm having some issues with using the motherboard to control them(that problem being the motherboard is crap...grrr packard) and I don't have the option to vary them in my bios it also for some reason won't do it automatically depending on temp only with one of the fans will it rev it up(one fan i had sitting at just over 2k while others won't go about 500 and 300) so they are running directly off the PSU atm. thing is this way Y have no way to monitor or vary them if I don't need huge airflow if I'm just browsing the web rather than gaming.
I will be running 8 fans total off a controller(2 at the top, 1 at the back, 2 at the sides, 2 at front and one on cpu) i'd like to get a good 8 channel controller but the only one I'm aware of is the nesteq fanmax. I'm willing to go 6 channel and I'm basically wondering what you guys would recommend.
P.S. dunno if this is the right forum i think it is lol
Edit:I should have 2 drive bays open if you think I should either go for large touch screen controllers or duel 4 channel
