Sorry, could you be more specific as to what you mean by a 'slip stream'.
They're manufactured by Scythe mate and you'll find them here.

hey guys! first thread!

I was wondering how i could control 8 slip streams with fan controllers...any suggestions?
Congratulations mate, and welcome to OC3D. Unless you can find a controller that will allow you to run 8 fans, let alone control them, then you'll more than likely have to run two rheobus's (fan controllers). There are a number of very good ones available, and it really depends upon your budget and the fans having 3-pin connectors. Check the links I've included for you below:

Scythe Kaze Master

Zalman ZM-MFC2

Scythe Kama Meter

Sunbeamtech Rheobus

There are others about but this will get you started anyway :)

i see

so i'll have to go with 2 fan controllers and yes, i will be planning to control them for my feser 480 radiator in push/pull.

i think i'll go with kaze masters, cause i heard alot of good reviews about them, AND they look cool

will it be able to control the speed from (example) 1600RPM to 1000RPM?

thanks guys!

You could daisy chain the fans, so run 2 fans into 1 socket, just a bit of soldering and rewiring the pins

It's really easy to daisy chain fans, dont even need a soldering iron (something to strip the wires and electrical tape will do).

As for the fan controller a powerful unit like a Sunbeam Rheobus or Rheobus Extreme will handle 4 low power fans on 1 channel with ease.
