Extreme Prometeia Water-Cooling Project - Mountain Mods Style

Ok this is a personal project of mine - the intention is a nearly silent FX53 rig running @ 2.7ghz using the new Mountain Mods UFO Black case, and very nice it is too.

Here's some pics. To start with, the basic chassis, in metallic black (all over) including the motherboard tray which is quite unusual. As you can see, its a beast and will make for an interesting project. There appears to be stacks of room and plenty of cooling potential.

Check out the wheels! Very handy when the rig start to takes shape and fills up with components. Here I am adding the Criticool 6" res to one side of the case - the water "guts" will go in this side, and the motherboard and the blocks will go on the other.

I'm using 120mm acoustifans. They are very quiet and transparent - I have plans for these later. They are sucking air through the 120.3 rad.

Starting to take shape - the volt modded mobo is in place, along with the beautiful D-Tek LRWW A64 block and adpater!

Adding the fan controllers - I could have opted for the fanomatic or the MO style controller and I still might, but for now, just 2 simple Nexus controllers, perfect for manual fan control without fuss.
