Out of the two coolers go for the H100 for sure, but the Storm Scout will NOT fit the H100. You'd be MUCH better off with something like an Fractal Arc Midi but since you don't want a simple looking case what about the HAF XM? It will fit the H100 i do believe. Also, get 2x 120mm Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition fans for the H100 as the stock fans sound like jet engines. Put the SP120 Q.E's on 12V with the use of an adaptor and that's pretty much the perfect H100 setup

Another thing, Asus botched up the DCUii cooler on some of the AMD cards, a Rev.2 of the cards has been released, but for AMD cards i still think Sapphire and Powercolor make some of the best non-reference AMD cards out there. As for case fans i'd recommend Bitfenix Spectre Pro's, they're silent on 7V and shift lots of air. They also come with a 7V resistor cable too which is awesome. And an AX650 would be completely fine (although the 750 isn't really overkill, just that the 650 would be fine too), or maybe a Be Quiet P10 650W if you'd prefer? Both are top PSU's

Honestly I think the term "extreme" used in the gaming context is just an overly and often loosely used term. As someone who plays games a lot and not just casually, whenever a manufacturer releases a product made "for gaming" or "extreme gaming", I always find it a laugh. Unless you're planning to run 5 games at once whilst streaming a BR movie with downloads in the background I really don't think you're going to need watercooling. Don't let the marketing department earn your money that easily by touting "extreme gaming specs". If you are planning to OC though, watercooling is definitely a viable option just not necessary for gaming.

When CS1.6 was still around and most people around me using razer mice, I was still on an IBM optical mouse that came with my dad's laptop. I can only tell you that was the best mouse I had ever used, I never needed expensive, flashy "gaming equipment". Just my thoughts on this, get something that suits your needs, personally I regard durability as highly as performance.
