Excessive Smoke...

My Step Dad has had his Van for 6 months (Vauxhall Movano 2.2 DTI, basically a Renault Master), and lately it's been pouring excessive amount of exhaust smoke.

It's not black smoke, it's a got a grey tinge to the smoke.

He's recently had new injectors fitted and a new fuel line.

What are the possibilities it could be?

Blue smoke is caused by engine oil being burned, the most likely scenario is that your valve seals are starting to leak, that or the piston rings are worn down.

changed? how exactly will that help the possible leak?

Greyish / white smoke can also be caused by water / coolant finding its way into the cylinders / exhaust system, indicating a cracked gasket somewhere.

It USED to say blue smoke :p

Get a new air filter (mad cheap), and run a fuel injector cleaner through it.
