I have no idea who that is i have never watch any of that guy reviews before i only watch 4 American reviewers and he's not one.

I think what it is EVGA thinks people are going to be doing a full custom water loop on X99 and i think most people who buy EVGA X99 already know that.

TBH if you're going to be running X99 you're better off going water anyway not air.
