What you see is what you get

Set your voltage in the BIOS and this is what you will get under load booted in your OS

From http://www.evga.com/articles/00502/ftw200/

i know i'm not the first, It isn't backing up its claims...

I think what he means is the EVGA thing is saying 1.25 yet HWMON reports 1.29.

Normally I would lay some hate on EVGA as they're not best friends of mine, but HWMON was a country mile off on my Phenom 2.

It reported 42c on my P2 940 @ 3.4ghz idle. Load up Asus probe however? 34c.

Tom, you'll remember that.. When I got the NHC-12P I was getting massively high temps. Come to find it was HWMON being completely innacurate. Try another app mate and compare the results.

From hwmonitor vcore its being reported at 1.29, eleet uiliity(same settings as the bios) is set to 1.25 Which is around 0.04v higher then wanted.

From evga page

"Set your voltage in the BIOS and this is what you will get under load booted in your OS"

Does this mean evga is falsely advertising there products?

I have nothing against them. I love evga products. And this isn't something to be worried about, But claims are claims lol

EDIT for AlienALX

ah...

Pulling all nighters and overclocking isn't the best... especially 2 days back to back. Never really paid attention to it.

@tinytomlogan

probably it.

If you will measure voltages using voltmeter you wont see that big differences between voltage set in to the BIOS and Real voltage mate

Software readings are always lying.
