Hello.

I got an q9550 on an evga 132 etc. mb. Is there any here who has experience oc this socket and preferbly this motherboard? There are some thing I wounder about.

Take this cpu fsb voltage. I figured out that when raising my cpu Mhz, it needed alittle more power to boot up,but when it first bootet it ran smal ffts perfectly. This was on 3.9Ghz whit 1.44vcore and 1.25 cpu fsb. But when I tried to blend, it crashed in under 2 sek. I then lowered my ram alittle, as well as raised the cpu fsb to 1.4. Now I was able to blend for over 1 hour before 1 core stopped. I realise that it is not smart changing more than 1 thing at a time, but any who can enlighten me if what is called cpu fsb voltage also power the ram or is it only connected to the cpu. In my mb I cant find an own voltage for my ram fsb, only 1 for ram. Was it that I lowered my ram from 1666 to 1333 that made me able to blend that mutch longer? And there is something called cpu greflane or something like that. what is this? When a core stops, its allways the same, is it possible to give only that core alittle more voltage?

Any who has any tips to get it realy stable? It runs small ffts like an charm now, so I figure that the cpu itself is doing ok.

What about vdropp? shall i have this on or off? Now im having it off,its alittle easyer to get the voltage that i want, but I have noticed that it sometimes jumps quite high for a couple of seckonds, but this cant do any harm, can it?
