Forgive my pictures as i had to use my daughters camera phone.

Sorry for the naff title:whistle: this is my first time on phase cooling i have tryed water but this is the dogs.

First of all the case, got the Enlight case from phil, many thx m8:)

Here it is with my new DFI-SLI-DR fitted,i did have the Expert o why didnt i listen to people about that board:whistle:

Some system specs.

X 2 4800 CCBWE 0538RPMW

Mushkin 2GB-XP4000 Redline Extreme 2GB(991492)

Western Digital Raptor X 150 GB

BFG 7800 GT

Nec 2510A DVD writer

Seasonic S12 600W.

And a Mach 2 GT from phil.

Now i do have a nice Lian li case that i was going to chop up for the mach but couldnt do it,well for now anyway:wink:

Now for some mods done.

I cut out the back of the motherboard tray to get to the cpu backplate and i also cut a hole for the psu wires to pass through the back, kind of stealth like :)

Trimed with blowhole trim.

Here is the bottom of the case cut for the mach hose

Got my Dremel out and cut a 120mm fan hole on the top,now this fan is blowing into the case and has a filter fitted the reason for this is the Enlight case only has a 1 80mm intake and outake fan.

That`s all for now folks,i am now testing the motherboard to see how stable it is when clocked and then the fitting of the mach will begin:O

Nice work, it looks very tidy :)

Should the top fan actually be sucking the warmer air upward, rather than pushing the flow of warm air back down into the case? Is it possible to open up the front intake to accept a 120mm fan?

Next step is to bring the dremel to the Lian-Li... :D

Thx :)

Yes the fan should be pushing the warm air out but the fan is only running @ 7volts and it blows cool air over the ram as well,if the case temps get to bad i`ll change it round.

Ive not got the heart to cut my Lian li :P what makes it worse is i have the mach panels to match.

Thats a lot tidier than my Enlight cutting! :)

Looks good, and makes a good case for buying a dremel :)

It was a cheap Dermel copy from B&Q think it was about £15,mite get me a better one soon :)

Funny thing was had i had 3 cutting disks left and i had to cut what you see in the piccys, was getting worried when i got down to the last one.

yea, it canes through the disks cutting stuff doesnt it? i found that with mine.

looking good though. Im doing the same thing with my lian li pc60 at the end of the week

Tom

yea, will do lol. they can be wild little things. I got a 114mm holesaw too. NOW that is a beast. nearly ate my leg a few times

Update:::

Mach is fitted and running sweet, man it`s so quiet im well chuffed was a bit worried about the nosie :)

Only problem i have had is the hose sticks out of my pc case so no side panel :(

Will get some clocking done and get back :)

Joe.

When it`s been turned off for a while i take it?

Running my x2 4800 @3.1ghz holding so far just benching with GO-SP2004,how long should i run this for.
