EK has released their value-oriented XTOP SPC water cooling pump, which is powered by a 4-pin fan header and anti-vibration mounts.

looks ok for a small simple loop.. 1 rad 2 blocks.. (not highly restrictive)
but i doubt it will have decent head. and it really does not come close to a d5 and id probably recommend people spend the extra $20.

Needs a better price if they're going to call it a "value" pump.
