"E-cig" 9 Years of smoking..

Today I am going downtown to buy a kit of E-cig's and re-fillers..

9 Years of chain smoking is begging to take its toll on me. I have tried multiple times in the past but quit early on because of massive rage fits. Right now this is my last hope to quit :mellow:

Hopefully I will come back to this thread in a week and tell you guys its a miracle product. The Canadian Government have already banned E-cigs that contain nicotine, I am taking this as a positive and a motive to push through the doors of a smoke free life.

I will update daily..

Quitting smoking is one of the best things you will ever do!!
You just feel so much better it's unbelievable, everything from the taste of food to your mood will improve.

I was pretty lucky when it came to quitting (after a couple of failed attempts), some how I managed to just stop with no help. The first three days were hard but after that it was smooth sailing, just don't give in or think i'll just have one because that one becomes two, then three, and before you know it you are full on smoking again.

I've got about eight Ego-Ts lol.

Fave vapes are grape, cotton candy (floss) and blackberry. Some of them are just disgusting (glares at butterscoth and marlboro).

The issue I had with them was that I ended up smoking both, and being on nicotine every moment of the day. Then I went back to smoking about 30 a day and it's taken me months to cut that back down to 10-15.

I loaded them up last night and so far I'm doing OK.

Just use the pipe and increase the nicotine dosage. Try going for a distinct nicotine taste. To me it sounds like you are missing the taste itself.


BTW I might go to the mall and see if they have them at some little dodgy store they have in there, Will go by the game store so its worth the walk in case they do not have them. Any recommendations?

dude i use an ego clearomizer an its the nuts i swear, i only chuff on it when am a bit stressed an it does the trick. get some of the liquids from www.libertyflights.co.uk i use these guys all the time, an they have some amazing flavors.

oh an i have farcry 3 if you wanna jump on multiplayer sometime too

I like the fruits. Blackberry is reaaaaally nice.

Also got a soft spot for grape as it reminds me of the flavoured cigars I used to smoke out in the USA (Philly Blunts).

I tried Nicotine and Marlboro but they tasted like burnt skin smells. Not a nice experience I was heaving for about 30 minutes.
