CoH is honestly very easy, It's actually not too far from C&C in the respect of building your base fortifying it and building units and vehicles
DoW is all out awesomeness !
DoW 2 and the expansions are good but they are mainly focused around 1 squad and the story behind them and it got away from the classic base building which was annoying![]()
Nice thread dude![]()
Completely agree Dice. I played DoW 1 to death too. Was in a lil clan and everything. Loved that game. DoW 2 was good too but as you say was far more single squad focused
I hope they release a new DoW game!
Would any of you guys know why the mobile 290x isn't playing nice in DX12 yet? The desktop one has been working fine ever since those feature tests were released in 3DMark, and while I realise mobile GPUs will always lag behind when it comes to software supporting them, but since the 290x in the laptop is GCN, I would have guessed the DX12 support would come when W10 was released. Anyway, no big issue, just wondering if there's anything I'm not doing right. Cheers.

Heyyo,
This list should be updated meow.
Unreal Engine 4.9 brings experimental DirectX 12 mode. Just need to launch it with "-DX12" as a launch option.

Sadly, the new Unreal Tournament hasn't been upgraded to UE 4.9 yet. That is supposed to come sometime after a tournament they are holding this September.
The Ashes of Singularity founders benchmark released August 20th as well.

Should be noted the minimum and recommended specs are here:
Absolute Minimum:
64-bit Windows 7 / 8 / 10 OS
Quad Core CPU
8 GB Memory
2 GB DirectX 11 Video Card
1920x1080 Display Resolution
High-speed Internet Connection
We Recommend:
64-bit Windows 7 / 8 / 10 OS
i7 (or equivalent) CPU
8 GB Memory
4 GB DirectX 11 Video Card
1920x1080 Display Resolution
High-speed Internet Connection
2GB VRAM GPU? Huhuhu... my GTX 680 barely makes the cut. It should also be noted that DirectX 12 is currently only single-GPU for now. NVIDIA has not put out an SLI-enabled driver for Dx12. 3DMark's API overhead test crashes if SLI is enabled in Dx12 and the Unreal Elemental Dx12 Demo only uses single-GPU.
Thanks for the info but I'm only adding benchmarks everyone can easily obtain i.e readily available benchmarks and games![]()
Heyyo,
Fair enough. Here I'll provide links to benchmarks.
the download link to Infiltrator Dx12 benchmark:
http://www.file-upload.net/download-10948214/INFILTRATOR-DX12-by-CryZENx.rar.html
It runs on Unreal Engine 4.9.1. It is possible too to compare Dx11 as well. Here's a Reddit thread where people have posted their results:

Here's the Elemental Benchmark Demo converted for use with Dx12. Can also be used to compare with Dx11.

Oh just a bunch of panning down a hallway lol
Doesn't seem like a game really.. no gameplay was shown? Interesting
The game was originally on Moddb as a little project and it doesn't seem to have progressed since I last tried it around a year ago.
Pretty rubbish really.
I think it's made by one guy.
