lol i cant be arsed with computers now lol. i want on that runs stable and cool lol. i cant find which link to download the memtest and also ho to create a boot cd. im an idiot lol

^ thats the ISO image for bootable CD.

Use nero or some other burning software to burn that file to disc.

Once done.. restart with CD in drive and select it from the(F8) boot menu.

i didnt work, wouldnt boot

boot dics didnt work at all. selected it to boot from cd and nothing happened.

Sure you burnt the disc properly?

Did it not even come up with a boot disc error?
